Let’s chat! During your initial consultation we will discuss your individual needs at length. This includes the project scope of work, budget and overall dreams for the space.

A proposal is sent to include a pricing estimate for projected design hours and furnishings/fixtures/finishes. Once a budget is approved, your design agreement will be sent with a project retainer invoice. Once payment is received, we’re off to the races!

Our principal designer will visit the site to conduct a site survey and obtain additional photos and measurements to give us a better sense of the space.

This portion of the process is broken into two phases: the Conceptual Design Phase and the Detailed Design Phase. Each has a specific purpose in ensuring we achieve an end result that perfectly balances form and function. Our team will begin defining the aesthetic direction, executing floor plans, layouts, and elevations, and refining your investment estimate, in addition to sourcing fabrics and furnishings. This is where your story book begins!

Presentation day is here! We’ll thoroughly review the final detailed design plan with furnishings, fabrics, finishes, and other details for sign-off. We’ll execute revisions to follow, if necessary.

We’ll take care of invoicing and ordering all approved items that our firm has proposed. Depending on the project, items will be received either in-home or at a temperature-controlled receiving warehouse for inspection and storage.

Your hired tradespeople will get to work on any construction or home improvement projects we’ve agreed upon (painting, electrical, millwork, etc.)

Any final furnishing and styling pieces will be thoughtfully placed for you to experience. This space is a beautiful celebration of you. Relax and enjoy.
