This time is yours to be used however you best see fit. From giving customized advice on brands to consider and furniture layouts to selecting paint, fixtures and finishes, we are here to guide you and provide a solid foundation for your project kick-off.

What to Expect:

 -Upon booking, you will receive a Sonder Dwellings design questionnaire with a request for additional information regarding the spaces being addressed (photos/pain points/preferred functionality)

- Personalized suggestions regarding paint selections, built-ins, furnishings, lighting, etc.  

-Follow-up email to include a meeting recap and conceptual vision boards and product links (when applicable)

Our recommendations are conceptual and not budget specific, as clients are responsible for managing their own spending. Clients are responsible for sourcing and management of their project/trades hired. The client is also responsible for managing their own budget.
